Dawa was charged with developing a new identity for this development reflecting the contemporary and earthy anchors and then replacing an existing 2-pole pylon sign with a sign that expressed that brand. Wayfinding signs were also developed to direct into the development at alternate entrances while projecting the brand in a consistent manner.Owner requested turnkey design/build process.
