Owners of Shops at Franklin Square wanted to improve the impact of tenant monument sign. Dawa identified problems with orientation of sign faces, legibility of tenant names, lack of tenant hierarchy in relation to anchor tenants and minor wayfinding into the property.
Dawa designed new tenant monument that maximized area for tenant sign faces and coordinated sign directional signs
