Campus Wayfinding Program

The Village at Germantown is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that includes cottages, apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing, restaurants, fitness center and other amenities. The program at Germantown was required to meet a very stringent sign ordinance and undergo an additional architectural design review by a separate committee. The ordinance determined that the horse that was part of the original development logo be removed as animal figures are not allowed on signs in the City of Germantown.
